These guys are top notch, I highly recommend. I just bought a house and within 2 weeks my basement flooded.. within 3 it flooded twice so I posted locally around 530am looking for recommendations on waterproofing companies because this clearly this wasn’t a one off. By 7 that morning this young man was at my door. By 730 he had diagnosed the problem and had a plan in place to fix it. Just a few days later they had it done, in just one day. They worked tirelessly in my ridiculously hot and humid basement without many(if any) breaks. Do not sleep on this company these young men care! They are understanding, professional and polite. He took every call and answered every question, replied to every text within a few hours. I always knew what was going on or what to expect. He followed up after the next big rain to make sure things were working as they should. Customer service like that really doesn’t exist anymore… I waited a few weeks to review The Guys because I wanted to make sure I gave an honest review and after the rain we’ve had I can confirm they did exactly what I paid them for. Words can not express how happy I am with the job The Guys Landscaping & Concrete repair did. We had 6 underground gutter downspouts and a sump pump discharge line. Sean was able to thankfully fit us in before we had our sprinklers scheduled. He & his crew were all wonderful, kind, and hard workers. Really did an amazing job. The fellows did a fabulous job. I feel they went above and beyond. They are very conscious of your property. They are prompt,they work a full day. Clean up is phenomenal. I've had cement work done before and there is no comparison. Also used this company when I found a sm crack just starting to leak in my basement came right out inspected everything to make sure it wasn't something else. Made the repair,cleaned up even moved things back in place. I would highly recommend this company for any and all cement work as well as foundation and basement repairs. 10 stars from here. I'm a neighbor to a house that these guys are working on. Our family is beyond grateful that our neighbor chose these guys. We have watched them jack up the house, completely remove the existing foundation, rebuild a new foundation, put in an egress, glass block windows, and then waterproofed it all. They demoed the garage floor and existing driveway as well. Today they just got done pouring the cement...five minutes after they finished the cement, a kid decided to cut through it on his bike. The Guys response was one full of integrity. He helped the kid out and showed him kindness. Wow! A lesson in humanity! During this entire process they have been respectful of our property-this is how neighbors remain neighborly, when the contractors hired respect the homes around them. If I could go back a few years to when I had my home waterproofed, I would have went with them. They are young enough to work the hours they put in, but old enough to have the wisdom of knowing the value of a good name! I'd leave 10 stars if I could!!! See more See less

The Guys did a fantastic job fixing our flooding yard!!! Exterior waterproofing to stop further deterioration finalized with a French drain install with a clean sod finish. They also installed multiple cleanouts for every gutter and at every end and middle of each drainage line ensuring a maintainable system. After experiencing multiple big rainfalls since the job, we can confirm that we no longer experience flooding along the side of our home and backyard! Sean and Tad were amazing to work with on this project. They were professional, friendly, and incredibly hard-working, going above and beyond to ensure everything was done right. They didn't cut corners and even helped me with several unexpected tasks. From removing a significant amount of soil and sand to adding topsoil, properly grading the lawn, handling the cement work by the deck, and installing a pop-up drain for the downspout, their work was exceptional. The Guys (Shawn, Tad and crew) were an absolute pleasure to work with and did an excellent job! Showed up everyday at the times they said they would. Completely demoed a basement foundation wall and rebuilt it, back filled water proofed and cleaned up everything in 6 days, even worked a 15 hour day to get the wall closed in on day 3.
